Terms Of Enrollment (“Agreement”)

Welcome to Amazing Marriage Blueprint

!  I am looking forward to working with you! Please read this information carefully. 

This Agreement is being made between Amazing Marriage Fast Track LLC of 3827 Menlo Dr. Baltimore, Maryland, 21215 (“AMB”, “Mentor”, “I” or “me”) and you. (“Participant” or “you”).  We both legally agree to the following:   

1.   Program Description.

You are enrolling in my group program called “Amazing Marriage Blueprint” (“Program” or “AMB”)

As part of the program, you will receive access to our online training modules (as defined in section 3) and our live group Q&A calls and access to me (as defined in section 4).

 2.   Expectations and Responsibilities.

AMBis a program designed to give men clarity on the “blindspots” they have been missing in their intimate relationship - which has been hurting them and undermining their best intentions. 

The way we do this is by teaching you how to identify the 5% that matters most to women and how to stop causing more “unintentional” damage to your relationship.

Note for client: Depending on where you and your relationship are, you will receive the training and support you need to ensure that the methods and insights become a part of YOUR way of “doing things”. 

While AMB will do everything to support you, it will be up to YOU to implement what you discover – so YOU can experience the healing, joy, and passion of a blissful marriage.  

 During the Program, you can expect that I will:

  1. Devote my full attention to the group Q&A’s during our time together.
  2. Stretch you outside of your comfort zone at times, if needed.
  3. Offer support, encouragement, feedback and guidance.

 I expect that you as a participant will:

  1. Show up on time without distractions.
  2. Show up with a positive attitude and interact respectfully with other Program participants and me.
  3. Study the Program content and complete all assignments. 
  4. Be open to new ideas and willing to stretch and grow.
  5. Invest AT LEAST 60 minutes a day in the program content, with the understanding that the 60 minutes is just a MINIMUM. The more time you invest in the training, the more you will gain. 

  3. Program Content

 (a) Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, advice or counseling tailored to any specific marriage or relationship.

 (b) Content is centered around helping you become the best version of yourself by 1) Identifying what are the things that are blocking your wife from feeling your love. 2) Developing the skill to identify marriage problems in early stages. 3) Learn about the most important areas any husband should be focusing on in action and communication.

 (c) All materials, procedures, policies, standards, manuals, teaching aids, and other similar tools that have been, or will be, made available by AMB or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this training Program only.

 (d) Program content is for individual use only, and may not be sold, tape recorded,videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of AMB or its designated agent.

(e) The information contained in Program material is strictly for educational purposes

 (f) Success with this Program is largely driven by your willingness to take actions as recommended by AMB. 

(g) If you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas, concepts, teachings, etc. contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions and furthermore you agree that your success with the Program is dependent on your willingness to follow the steps outlined by AMB.

(h) AMB assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program materials.

Note for client: Some of the video training you will be getting access to is part of our more advanced AMFT Mastermind. We believe that it serves our “AMB” clients a lot more when they can see the bigger picture of what marriage transformation looks like for some men - as it opens you up to more strategies and skill development. 

Naturally in the AMB program we will need to focus on the most important strategies that you need RIGHT NOW. 

(i) If you are not sure if a particular training or portion of a training is relevant to you or not you will reach out and ask for guidance. 

 

4.   Help Desk and Live Q&A’s 

In addition to the AMB online training, as an AMB client you will have the opportunity to utilize the following as part of the Program for 21 days:

  1. The Help Desk
  2. Live Group Q&A’s 

 

The Help Desk:

This can be used if you get stuck in the training and not sure how to proceed or apply what we teach. Instructions for accessing the “Help Desk” are available in the modules. You can also access the Help Desk by emailing 

[email protected] 

We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, we will do our best to reply to you within the next business day. 

Any support tickets the HELP DESK related to your Program are for quick questions and you will receive brief responses. If you feel that you need to talk with Mentor about your situation you will be able to submit a question for the next Q&A by filling out a form.

NOTE: If Mentor feels, for whatever reason, that your question is not appropriate for a group Q&A or that you need additional training PRIOR to a Q&A, Mentor will respond to you privately. This decision is at Mentor’s discretion exclusively.

Live Group Q&A calls:

Group Calls take place every Monday and Thursday at 12:00 EST. The introductory videos in the member’s area will show you how to access the call-in-/login information to participate in the group call. Please plan to come to the group calls on time. If you miss a group call, there will be no make-up dates for the call; rather, you may access the recording of the calls.

The Group calls are designed to demonstrate how the program principles are applied. At our discretion we will select the situations which we believe are most appropriate for the group call. 

Group Q&A calls will be conducted by Me (David). 

In the event that we have more clients than expected, we may, at our discretion, add additional Q&A sessions in order to allow the group size to remain at the level that we can maintain the quality of the service we provide. In that case you may be asked to join another Q&A. 

Note: The times for the Q&A may change if Mentor and majority of AMB members prefer another time. 

Call Recordings. All Program calls will be recorded, unless technical difficulties prevent a successful recording. Group calls will be shared with the group participants and we will do our best to make them available within 24 hours following the call. 

By participating in the Program and speaking at any time during any call, you are consenting to the recording of your voice, image and/or name and likeness. You are also consenting to me including some sections of these group recordings into the program modules or any marketing materials AMB creates.

If there is a particular question which you feel is too sensitive and wish that your voice not be recorded, you must advise the Mentor at the time of call to pause the recording in order to ensure your privacy.

If Mentor cannot participate in a group Q&A or the HELP DESK is closed due to a religious holiday, sickness or any other reason, you will be credited with extra time in the program to compensate for any lost access to Mentor. 

NOTE: Your commitment to invest 60 minutes a day in the modules does not include the time you spend on a Q&A session. While you will gain a lot from the Q&A’s, the core skills within the modules are critical for your success and MUST be a priority.

5.    Investment/Payment and refund policy.

Tuition Investment for the program: 

Option 1: $1,797.00 USD when paying in full.

Option 2: Two Payments of $997.00 USD. One payment of $997.00 USD upon enrollment in the program and the second payment $997.00 USD 14 days later. 

Payment Authorization and Receipt:  If paying by debit card, or credit card, you give us permission to charge your credit card or debit card as payment for your Program without any additional authorization, and you will receive an electronic receipt.  Please note that chargebacks are not permitted.

Our Refund Policy: Your purchase has a 5-day money back guarantee that begins at the time your payment is made. If within 5 days you don’t feel AMB was the best investment for you and you want a refund, email me at [email protected] After 5 days we have a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY.

6.    Confidentiality and participation terms.

Confidentiality Related to Group Calls. Confidentiality is important to me. At the same time because this is a group setting, you are aware that when you participate in a group call or interact with any group members by any means during the Program, including in the group calls or any other group forum, you are voluntarily sharing and disclosing information which may be seen, heard, collected and used by others, and therefore, I cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use of any or all of the information that you share with other group participants, whether during the calls, online, in private conversations, or in any other manner.

In addition to everything mentioned you will also have access to our Clients-only Facebook group during your 21 day AMB experience.

We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive experience. Thus, AMB may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund if you:

(a) Become disruptive or difficult to work with

(b) Fail to follow the Program guidelines

(c) Impair the participation of our employees, contractors, clients, instructors or participants in any of our programs

 

7.  Intellectual Property Rights.

 I retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Program content and all materials provided to you through the Program, including all copyrights and any trademarks belonging to me. The Program content and materials are being provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user license which means that you are not allowed or authorized to share, copy, sell, post, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, trade, resell, exploit, or otherwise disseminate any portion of the Program or Program materials, electronically or otherwise, for business, commercial or any other use,  without my prior written permission.

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, "Confidential Information") and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of AMB. Thus, you agree:

(a) Not to infringe upon any Program participant’s or AMB’s copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights.

(b) That any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of AMB is confidential and proprietary, and any such Confidential Information belongs solely and exclusively to the party who discloses such information.

(c) Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions (d) That all materials and information provided to you by AMB are confidential and proprietary intellectual property which belongs solely and exclusively to AMB, and may only be used by you as authorized in writing by AMB.

(e) Reproduction, distribution, or sale of these materials by anyone but AMB is strictly prohibited.

(f) That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of the sections contained in this paragraph or referenced in this Agreement, AMB and/or other Program participants will be entitled to injunctive relief against you for any such violations.

 

 

8.    Personal Responsibility, Disclaimer & Release of Claims.

Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk:  You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for yourself and all decisions made before, during and after your Program and you knowingly assume all of the risks of the Program related to your use, misuse, or non-use of the Program or any of the Program content or materials. You agree to: (1) be mindful of your own well-being during the course of this Program, (2) act with respect and care without causing harm to any other group members (including but not limited to protecting their privacy and/or), and (3) recognize that you are solely responsible for your results.

Note for client in simple english: Some marriages have been suffering for so long that the husband must maintain his practice of our AMB principles for a sustained period of time before his wife can feel safe enough to trust his changes. This is like losing weight. If you are 120 pounds overweight you need to keep following the same protocol that someone who is just 30 pounds overweight is following. But you can expect for it to take more time...

 AMB is not liable for an inability to deliver the Program due to a force majeure, whether an act of God or foreseen/unforeseen human-initiated circumstance, health or travel restrictions, quarantines or precautions imposed by any government entity or agency, local, state or federal law or ordinance, or any other act or circumstance outside of my control.

 Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Release of Claims:  I will not be held responsible in any way for the information that you request or receive through this Program, including my services, products, and Program materials and any other information you have received from or through me related to this Program to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree that you fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release me from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have or may have against me in the future that may arise from your participation in the Program, including all services, products, and Program materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree to hold me free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of specific information or recommendations that you receive through this Program.

  1. Right to Use Name & Likeness

(a) You hereby consent to the use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium, including but not limited to television, radio, print media and the internet, among others, for any purpose, including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research.

(b) Your consent is granted to AMB and extends to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundary.

(c) You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any of such materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication, and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by AMB for any product and/or service in connection with such use and publication. 

(d) You also waive any right to inspect, review or approve any photograph, recording, or other written material at any time, and waive the right to approve the use and medium of publication determined by AMB.

(e) You understand that AMB owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording or testimonial, including any copyright.

  1.   Other Important Terms.

Entire Agreement, Assignment, Survivability and Waiver: This Agreement contains our entire agreement. This Agreement may be modified or amended at any time so long as the amendment is in writing and signed by both of us. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone else, and the obligations under this Agreement shall survive indefinitely unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. If I choose to waive or not enforce one or more terms of this Agreement, it does not in any way limit my right to later enforce every part of this Agreement. 

Arbitration and governing law

At the Company’s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from the use of these Terms & conditions or the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Maryland law.

 

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms & conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms & conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms & conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms & conditions will continue in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution:  Should we ever have any differences; it is hoped that we could work them out amiably through e-mail correspondence. However, if we are unable to seek resolution in 14 days, we agree now that the only method of legal dispute resolution that will be used is binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, jointly selected by both of us, unless we both agree otherwise in writing. You understand and agree now that the only remedy that can be awarded to you through arbitration is the full refund of your Payment made to date. No other actions or financial awards of consequential damages, or any other type of damages, may be granted to you. We both agree now that the decision of the arbitrator is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment into any court having the appropriate jurisdiction. You also agree that should arbitration take place, it will be held in the County of Baltimore County, in the State of Maryland, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to all reasonable attorneys’ fees and all costs necessary to enforce the decision of the arbitrator.

Non-Disparagement:  You agree to not publicly or privately make any negative or critical comments about the Program, my business or me, or to communicate with any other individual, company or entity in a way that disparages the Program or harms my reputation in any way, including on social media at any time. In arbitration or when required by law, of course, you are not prohibited from publicly sharing your thoughts and opinions.

 

Entire Agreement

The Terms & conditions and the other documents specifically incorporated herein constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Website. Neither you nor Company are relying on any representation not contained herein (or in the other documents specifically incorporated herein).
